Commercial Automatic Swing Gates
Commercial automatic swing gates are an efficient yet safe means of securing high traffic areas such as community residential areas, schools, libraries or even churches. They are automated to be operate remotely without the need of a human attendant.
Their operating motors can be set either underground or above ground. Commercial swing gates rely on power but can have a back-up power source such as solar energy, generator or battery pack. In the case of a power failure, you can operate the gate manually with an emergency override key. During the handover Automation and Security will provide you with details of the emergency and safey procedures.

Replace the swing gate operator- the swing gate operator is at the core of operations for the swing gate. It needs to well strong to manage the constant movement in a busy commercial area, for instance, a shopping center. It should also be well secured to prevent tampering.
Inspect the wiring- ensure there are no short-circuits, or floppy wiring connections. This can bring the operations of the gate to a standstill in no time. It can either lock people in and out or cause incidents.
Align the swing arm- this will ensure smooth movement, unnecessary squeaking and mimimise wear and tear and the fit to your property.
Secure the support poles- after you have ensured the core of operations is operating well, then it's time to secure other parts that support the swing gate. It includes welding the supporting poles on either side.
Set up a safety system- all of our gates are installed with safety beams to detect any obstructions. The engineer will provide a safety risk briefing during the handover.
Lastly, the gate is programmed and access and safety provided to the operators to ensure it works efficiently for a long time.
